We created a CRM system for the BEBOSS portal, which allows our managers to organize their work with the customers.
The main functions of our CRM system are:
- Account management: the whole customer history and the list of orders;
- Personal task planner for each sales manager with an option to delegate tasks to the service department;
- Sales analytics and reports (weekly, monthly, and annual);
- Electronic document flow – invoices, contracts, payments, and reports of completion;
- Online banking integration for the automatic incoming payment control.
The business control system allows the owners to supervise the workflow in the sales and service departments online, control the quality of services, and the employees’ work performance.
The system is written in PHP 7.0, and the user interface is created with the help of VueJS and Bootstrap.
Our e-document management system can work with Excel, Word, and PDF files.
