We built the mobile application specially for the Uborka.Expert clients.
This mobile app allows:
- To place orders for cleaning service;
- To describe preferences and leave comments concerning the cleaning with an option of photos, videos, and audio-comments;
- To create a cleaning graphic;
- To check work completion reports and leave feedback about the job, including photo, video, and audio-comments;
- To pay for cleaning with the help of bank cards, and, in particular, to make periodic payments for the regular cleaning services.
The mobile application uses the RESTful API from the CRM system, Therefore, all clients’ actions can be immediately recognized by the company’s managers.
At the present moment, more than 10 000 customers use this application. The average rating on Android is 4.6, and on iOS is 4.8.
This mobile app is built with the help of the Xamarin, Xamarin.iOS (auto-layout), Xamarin.Android, Xamarin Shared Libraries, Visual Studio, C#, RESTful API, Sqlite.
